“I credit my team for their commitment to Live R.I.C.H.,” Dwyer-Owens said. “And I want the success of Neighborly to be a testament for what can be achieved with a Code of Values as your roadmap. Our service brands make more than 2 million house calls a year and do some of the dirtiest jobs you can imagine. Every day we have the chance to be a hero and provide world-class service. That can be transforming for our internal associates and our external customers. Everyone has the capacity to Live R.I.C.H. like this.”
