Mike Davis
Chief Executive Officer
Mike Davis joined Neighborly as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in July 2024. He is based in the company’s Irving, Texas office. Neighborly is the world's largest home services company with more than 30 brands and 5,500 franchises collectively serving 14 million+ customers by repairing, maintaining, and enhancing their homes and businesses.
Mike is a highly successful CEO with deep experience in franchising. He served as the CEO of Mathnasium Learning Centers, the leading math-only supplemental education franchise with 1,200 centers across 10 countries. There, he led key initiatives that resulted in double-digit systemwide sales and double-digit same-store sales growth.
Prior to that, as CEO of Valpak, a franchised network and leader in direct mail and digital marketing, Mike helped transform them from a best-in-class printer to a best-in-class sales and marketing organization. He institutionalized their franchise base, launched new products and services, and executed mergers and acquisitions that all drove significant growth.
Mike has more than two decades of leadership experience, including 13 years with Universal Music Group (UMG), where he became Executive Vice President and General Manager and was responsible for driving strategic and tactical operations for a division that outperformed seven of eight divisions within UMG by 70% for four consecutive years.
His leadership has spanned companies across diverse fields, including multi-unit franchising, B2B, B2C, eCommerce, direct-to-consumer, third-party logistics, digital platforms, and media.

Brad Stevenson
Chief Development Officer
Brad Stevenson is an accomplished executive business leader with 23 years’ experience in a variety of sales, marketing and management roles in the beverage industry.
Currently, Brad serves as the chief development officer (CDO) for Neighborly and is a member of the Neighborly growth team. In this role, Brad is a driving force behind developing and implementing Neighborly’s aggressive strategic initiatives for North American franchise development. As a member of the Executive Team for Neighborly, Brad works closely with the skilled development team and brand leadership.
Prior to joining the Neighborly team, Brad graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station and has spent his professional career with MillerCoors and Miller Brewing Company after first joining the organization in 1996 as an On-Premise Miller Marketing Representative for United Beverage in Houston, Texas. Throughout his career with the adult beverage industry leader, Stevenson held numerous sales and marketing positions with the company including Vice President of Grocery, Director of Business Development and Strategy and Regional Chain Director.
Brad and his wife, Candace, reside in Frisco, Texas.

Gagan Sinha
Chief Information Officer
Gagan Sinha joined Neighborly in September 2025 as Chief Information Officer. He is a member of the executive leadership team and reports directly to CEO Mike Davis. As a seasoned technology and business leader, Gagan will lead our technology strategy, ensuring our platforms, data infrastructure, and integrations support the needs of our franchise owners, customers, and internal teams.
Most recently, Gagan was Chief Information Officer at Bloomin’ Brands Inc. (parent company of Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s, Bonefish Grill, and Fleming’s), where he was a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, he led the company’s global IT strategy, rolling out operational tools for both corporate and franchise restaurants, enhancing mobile ordering and loyalty platforms, and leveraging AI to turn guest feedback into actionable insights.
Prior to Bloomin’ Brands Inc., Gagan held senior leadership roles at Inspire Brands, where he guided technology transformation across a portfolio of more than 31,000 restaurants worldwide, including Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic Drive-In, Jimmy John’s, Dunkin’, and Baskin-Robbins. Earlier in his career, Gagan advanced modernization at Dunkin’ Brands, introducing POS consolidation, launching the redesigned Dunkin’ mobile app and loyalty platform, and pioneering AI-driven innovations such as voice ordering pilots and digital drive-thru boards. These initiatives enhanced franchisee profitability and transformed guest engagement across Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins’ global networks.
Gagan has a master's degree in management from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.

Stacy Lynn Bourgeois
Chief Marketing Officer
Stacy Lynn Bourgeois serves as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Neighborly. She is a member of the corporate leadership team and reports directly to CEO Mike Davis.
She brings a wide array of experience in business and brand strategy, organizational leadership, customer insight, data analytics, and marketing technology. Stacy Lynn plays a crucial role in defining marketing excellence throughout the organization, ultimately responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive revenue generation and enhance brand awareness.
Stacy Lynn is a strategic marketer who has driven double-digit growth while compiling a breadth of experiences. Throughout her career, she has launched new physical and digital products as well as a new restaurant concept at Yum! brands, stood up several new teams such as performance marketing and data science, implemented a new marketing technology stack, and led Pizza Hut through an agency review and countless creative campaigns.
She joined Neighborly from Amazon, where she broadened her scope from marketing to business more holistically in roles such as Global Head of Product, Quality & Operations for Amazon Renewed or U.S. Head of Musical Instruments. In her time with Amazon, she’s enhanced the discoverability of preowned products, increased conversion rates, simplified customer experience, improved operations, and owned a multibillion-dollar P&L. Even in general management-focused roles, she’s anchored on driving growth through the customer – such as offering free lessons with an instrument purchase on Amazon.
She holds a M.S. in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University and a B.A. in Communications from Florida State University.

Grayson Brown
Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Grayson Brown is an in-house franchise counsel having worked for start-up franchisors with private equity to billion dollar brands. Prior to joining Neighborly Grayson was called on to lead franchise legal for Midas United States and Midas Canada—a TBC Corporation company—representing over 2,000 franchise units in 13 countries.
Prior to Midas, Grayson was the general counsel responsible for the legal department, people services, and risk management for the franchise brands of Tasti D-Lite and Planet Smoothie. Before that, he served as corporate counsel at SONA MedSpa, a medical spa franchisor.
When not working as a counselor-in-chief, Grayson enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his three sons and beautiful wife. He received his juris doctor and master of business administration degrees from Regent University and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech.

Courtney Kolar
Chief People Officer
Courtney Kolar serves as the Chief People Officer (CPO) at Neighborly.
With more than 15 years of Human Resources experience, nine of those in leadership roles, Courtney’s experience spans associate relations, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, training and development, payroll, benefits, M&A, corporate facilities management, and capital project execution.
At Neighborly, she has served as Senior Vice President of People Services, Vice President of People Services, Senior Director of People Services, and Director of National Recruiting and Retention. She was named Team Specialist of the Year for 2017 and President's Choice for 2019.
In her most recent role, Courtney led efforts to implement globally scalable programs and processes, with a focus on refining human capital management technology solutions, leading the design and overseeing the opening of our second headquarters in Irving, TX, supporting acquisitions and integrations, designing an employment branding strategy, and enhancing our total rewards offerings. Courtney also oversees Corporate Communications & Public Relations at Neighborly.
Before joining Neighborly, Kolar spent nine years in various roles, including human resources leadership roles at Kohl’s Department Stores. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Texas A&M University. Kolar has earned multiple certifications from HRCI,® global leader in professional credentialing for the Human Resources (HR) profession.
Courtney and her husband, Ryan, live in Waco, Texas, with their two daughters.

Matt Crowley
Group President
As Group President, Matt Crowley leads Neighborly's corporate operations and Specialty cluster of brands. He oversees Portland Glass, Mr. Rooter Plumbing corporately-owned/Plumb Enterprises, Lawn Pride, ShelfGenie, HouseMaster, and Real Property Management.
Prior to assuming this role, Matt served as Interim President of Mr. Rooter Plumbing’s corporately owned stores, where he led critical transformation efforts that drove significant improvements in year-over-year revenue growth and EBITDA. During this time, he built a team, reduced employee churn, and launched new key service lines, while implementing initiatives that markedly improved marketing and safety performance.
Before joining Neighborly, Matt was Executive Vice President for Valpak, where he led all corporately owned and franchise markets, demonstrating his expertise in multi-unit operations and franchise brand management. His experience includes other senior leadership roles at YP Media and AT&T, where he spearheaded the launch of billion-dollar digital products and led award-winning marketing campaigns.
Matt brings over two decades of leadership experience across private equity, digital media, and Fortune 50 companies. His expertise spans general management, commercial strategy, operations, and franchise brands, with a proven track record of driving scalability and fostering cultures of high performance and operational excellence.

Jason Himber
Group President
As Group President, Jason Himber leads Neighborly’s Repair cluster of brands: Aire Serv, Glass Doctor, Mr. Electric, Mr. Handyman, Mr. Rooter Plumbing, Precision Garage Door Service, and Rainbow Restoration.
Jason brings more than 15 years of executive leadership experience spanning strategy, operations, business transformation, and mergers & acquisitions. A visionary strategist with a proven record of igniting growth and building high-performing teams, Jason is known for turning big-picture ideas into actionable, measurable results—always with people at the heart of every decision.
Most recently, he served as CEO of MINA Group, a globally recognized restaurant company, where he led a strategic transformation that resulted in $50 million in revenue growth and a $7 million increase in EBITDA. His leadership was instrumental in expanding the brand, integrating new business lines, and modernizing operations and technology systems.
Prior to that, Jason held CEO roles at Easy Speech Therapy Centers and served as Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at CMG Companies, where he led the expansion of a restaurant division from 80 to 270 units in just 18 months. He also played a pivotal role in the turnaround of the KFC brand in the U.S. at Yum! Brands, overseeing $750 million in M&A activity and launching initiatives that delivered over $250 million in savings.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business with a Finance emphasis from the University of Southern California.

Georgeanne Erickson
Group President
Georgeanne Erickson serves as Group President, leading Neighborly’s Maintain cluster of brands: The Grounds Guys, Five Star Painting, Mr. Appliance, Mosquito Joe, Molly Maid, Dryer Vent Wizard, Junk King, and Window Genie.
Georgeanne brings broad executive experience spanning brand transformation, advertising, media strategy, digital acceleration, product innovation, and enterprise growth. A commercially grounded brand builder, she is known for modernizing iconic brands, deepening customer relevance, and strengthening franchise partnerships while building high-performing teams that deliver measurable business impact.
Most recently, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of Fogo de Chão, where she led brand evolution and innovation strategy, elevating the company’s positioning within the premium dining segment while creating long-term value through the launch of a new loyalty platform and expanded menu architecture.
Previously, Georgeanne was U.S. Chief Marketing Officer for Krispy Kreme, where she led advertising and performance media, strengthened brand relevance, and accelerated omnichannel marketing capabilities to drive sustained commercial performance for one of the world’s most beloved consumer brands.
Earlier, she served as U.S. Chief Brand Officer for Pizza Hut at Yum! Brands, overseeing brand strategy, innovation, and customer experience for the multi-billion-dollar business. In that role, she significantly improved sales growth and franchise profitability, delivering the brand’s strongest quarterly performance in a decade.
Georgeanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the Moody College of Communication at The University of Texas at Austin, where she completed the Texas Media Sequence with a concentration in Media Planning.
