Yuda Arbeli

Yuda Arbeli was named president of Corporate-Owned Stores at Neighborly in 2025. As a results-driven business leader, he has more than 25 years of experience in operations management, home services, and leadership development. His career spans military service and corporate leadership, and he has a proven track record of driving growth, optimizing performance, and building high-performing teams.

Yuda began his leadership journey in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF), where he served as Head of Unit in the Paratroopers Division. During his three years of service, he developed strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills—a foundation that has guided his success in the corporate world.

Following his military service, Yuda transitioned into the home services industry, where he held senior leadership roles at Sears Home Improvement Products and The Home Depot. As Area General Manager at Sears, he managed a $40 million+ business across multiple states, leading 140 professionals across eight product categories. As Divisional General Manager for Home Depot Installation Services West, he oversaw a $350 million+ P&L across 10 states. Leading a team of 700+ associates, Yuda was responsible for driving operational excellence, improving customer experience, and scaling service operations.
