President, Mr. Appliance®

Glenn Lewis was named president of Mr. Appliance, North America’s leading appliance repair franchise providing customers with full-service residential and light commercial appliance repair, in May 2024. He is responsible for the overall leadership and growth of Mr. Appliance throughout the US and Canada.

Glenn is a remarkable business leader with a long history working in franchising and operations. He joined Neighborly in 2013 and has held various roles including Director of Business Development for Mr. Electric and Vice President of Operations for Dwyer Service Solutions before joining the Mr. Appliance brand in 2016 as a Franchise Consultant and becoming Vice of Operations for the brand in 2017. Since joining the Mr. Appliance team, Glenn has made a profound impact on the team and system, especially in training enhancements for the brand.

Before Neighborly, Glenn served as Executive Vice President at The Décor Group in Lubbock, Texas.

Glenn and his wife Leslie attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas and they now reside in China Spring, Texas.
