Luke Stanton has been deeply impacted by the Design Your Life program. Over the course of five years, him and his wife worked tirelessly to pay down debts and take control of their own future. The principles and lessons learned through Design Your Life completely transformed the way they view the world and have had a profound impact on the trajectory of their lives. Luke is incredibly passionate about sharing these same principles with others, so they too, can take control of their lives and live by design. After losing her husband, CPT John Hallett, in Afghanistan, Lisa found solace and community through running. Lisa's story of resilience and dedication is sure to inspire and resonate with all of us.

During this “State of the Home Services Industry” session, Tarik Ghee, from Google, will provide an overview from Google’s perspective. He will have a specific focus on how evolving digital landscapes are impacting Neighborly franchise owners.

The session will conclude with a moderated Q&A featuring pre-submitted and live questions from franchise owners. Roger Chacko, CSMO at Neighborly, will join Tarik to discuss the implications of these industry changes for Neighborly brands, offering practical advice tailored to the specific concerns and needs of our franchise owners. 


Strategies to Staff Your Business for Growth

Join Neighborly staff, subject matter experts and fellow owners for a dynamic interactive breakout session designed to arm owners with the knowledge and tools to accelerate growth in their business through effective recruiting programs. This session is packed with actionable insights, collaborative discussions, and practical strategies to ensure a sufficient supply of team members to service current and future demand. Specific content will include recruitment marketing strategies, Indeed best practices and fellow owners discussing the optimal time to hire. This session will be conducted on Saturday, October 12th from 2:15pm to 3:00pm CT in Grapevine Ballroom C. We will also have staff present in the adjacent Grapevine 2 room from 2:30pm to 3:30pm to assist owners wanting 1:1 business growth support with staff from Neighborly, Paradox, and Indeed.



Sunday, October 13, 2024 - Two Speakers on Mainstage

Jon Dorenbos, Keynote Speaker

Jon Dorenbos played 14 seasons in the NFL, notably making the Pro Bowl twice as a member of the Philadelphia Eagles, as well as being the Ed Block Courage Award recipient and the Eagles Walter Payton Man of the Year. He also holds the record for the most consecutive games played in Philadelphia Eagles franchise history.

Jon competed on Season 11 of America’s Got Talent where he showcased his skills as a sleight-of-hand magician, making it to the finals and placing third overall amongst over 100,000 competitors. He then put his talent on display as a guest on Ellen, who quickly became one of his biggest fans and advocates.

Jon appeared on Ellen more than any other guest in the history of the show. He also has been featured on HBO Real Sports more than any other guest in the history of that show as well. He retired from the NFL after he was diagnosed with a life-threatening heart condition requiring 15 hours of emergency open-heart surgery.

Known for his great sense of humor and positive outlook on life, Jon uses his skills as a magician and his incredible life story to inspire audiences around the world. He wrote a book titled Life Is Magic that draws a roadmap for how to shut that self-doubting voice up by choosing to find happiness in every situation. Producer Mike Tollin has optioned the book and is making it into a feature film. The screen play is being written by John Gatins, who was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay for the drama film Flight with Denzel Washington.
